Our delicious oat flour pancake breakfast recipe your toddler needs to try.

Everyone should know about this healthy and delicious breakfast, perfect before a busy day of baby classes, softy play, or for a lazy weekend!


Oat Flour Pancakes. These are so simple and delicious, they will not take you very long to make! Once done serve with your choice of nut butter, berries and maple syrup.




Ingredients


Oats 100g

1 egg

1 tbs choice of milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp honey

Pinch of salt

1 tsp coconut oil-to cook



Method


First make the oat flour - just pop the oats in the food processor for a few seconds and then pour into the mixing bowl. Add the baking powder and stir through. You can then add the egg, milk, honey, and a pinch of salt. The mixture should be quite a thick batter and still thin enough to pour into the pan. Heat the coconut oil in a large non stick pan on a low heat and add 1 to 2 tbsp of batter for each pancake. Wait until there are tiny bubbles all over, and then flip. Will be a nice golden brown colour when done. Have with berries, almond butter and maple syrup! Enjoy!
